I don’t follow the “no pain, no gain” approach. While pain can show up during a massage, the work doesn’t need to hurt in order to be effective.

Every massage I give is customized to the person in front of me. Nothing here is a copy and paste situation.

I will integrate all the techniques I have to give you the results you want.

New clients must fill out intake form before first appointment.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early. We’ll have a brief consultation and then your treatment begins at your scheduled appointment time.
